Every piece in this room is definitely first come first served. Renaissance Home Furnishings has created it's own inventory problem by constantly filling the store with the newest styles available in the home furnishings industry. In most cases, the pieces being replaced are sold before the new merchandise arrives. But in some instances we are overstocked and substantially discount existing merchandise to make room for the new. Every piece in the Clearance Room is priced at or below our cost. We are motivated to keep this room empty so we can keep buying new furniture!
